Our events are held INDOORS in fully accessible venues with free parking.  Unfortunately we are not dog friendly due to venue rules.

Each of our markets are different - we're not about just selling tables, we focus on driving footfall with something fresh every time.  Although we do have regulars, this is normally split on a 50% basis of repeat traders and fresh faces.

From seasonal products to crystals, street food, custom jewellery, turned wood, scents, artisan soaps, floristry, bakes, art, sewn goods, accessories - you're sure to find it at our markets.

About us

Newport Craft and Makers Market was established in 2023.  As regular visitors to Craft and Makers markets as both sellers and visitors, we saw issues surrounding how events were organised and promoted.  With a background in promotions, events and marketing we decided to launch our very own event in our home town of Newport, Shropshire.  This was strongly supported by the community with over 1000 people attending our first ever event in May 2023.  Since then, our events have attracted a great footfall which has meant we are now experiencing a huge application list for potential traders.   With our relationships with businesses in the area, along with a drive to make the event successful for all traders, we've created an amazing event that is hugely supported by locals.


We focus on bringing something new to every event, giving the public a fresh event every time!  Our traders must apply for a particular date - we will then review the application to ensure that you will be a good "fit" and of course no duplication of other traders in attendance.
